Yarn, Craft & Quality

We combine premium natural yarns with careful hand-finished construction. Each order goes through individual pattern grading, sample checking and final quality control before dispatch. Our full set of knitting machines supports almost all knit structures within 3G–18G, for garments, scarves, shawls and wool/cashmere blankets.

Premium Yarn Materials

  • Superfine Merino Wool: soft, skin-friendly, breathable, low-pilling and low-shrinkage, suitable for year-round wear.
  • Thickened Merino Wool: warmer, wind-resistant and shape-retaining, developed for cooler British seasons and outdoor layering, blankets and throws.
  • Cashmere Blend / Pure Cashmere: luxurious softness, refined natural lustre and exceptional comfort, reserved for premium bespoke garments, scarves and shawls.
  • Custom blended yarns: send your yarn specification or reference sample, we assess feasibility for your bespoke piece.

All yarns are selected for stable quality, natural comfort and long-term wear performance. Material characteristics such as subtle pilling and minor texture variation are normal for high-quality wool and cashmere products.

Hand Finished Bespoke Process

  • Individual pattern grading based on personal measurements for apparel
  • Custom adjustment of shoulder slope, sleeve length, body proportion and hip curve for clothing
  • Custom knit structures, stitch patterns and texture requirements accepted for garments, scarves, blankets
  • Fine stitch control, neat edges and consistent tension
  • Final fitting check and workmanship inspection before delivery

Unlike mass-produced knitwear, every piece is treated as a single private commission. We prioritise fit, comfort and long-term durability over fast production. We welcome your unique knit design requests for men, women, children, scarves and wool/cashmere blankets. We will assess all custom requirements and provide a clear quotation.

Body Shape Correction Cases

Standard-size knitwear rarely fits every body shape. We adjust the pattern to your build, helping correct shoulder slope, uneven sleeves, stiff shoulder posture, hip imbalance and proportion difference for men’s, women’s and children’s knit apparel.

Sloped shoulder correction

Sloped Shoulder Correction

We adjust shoulder curvature, sleeve cap height and fabric tension to reduce the visual drop of sloped shoulders, creating a straighter, more structured and balanced upper body line for men, women and children.

Uneven Sleeve Length Adjustment

Uneven Sleeve Length Adjustment

Where left and right arm lengths differ, we create asymmetric sleeve measurements rather than forcing a standard symmetrical pattern, so both sleeves sit correctly and neatly.

Hip & Pelvis Imbalance Correction

Hip & Pelvis Imbalance Correction

For female clients with uneven hips or waist-hip difference, we custom grade side seams and hemline to make the knit dress or cardigan hang evenly, avoiding lifting on one side.

Body Proportion Tailoring

Body Proportion Tailoring

We tailor body length, waist ease, hem position and overall proportions to your height and build, helping you avoid baggy, too-tight or unbalanced fit of regular-size knitwear for adults and kids.

Your Bespoke Order Process

A clear five-stage process from measurement to delivery. We evaluate every custom request, no automatic exclusion of complex knit styles. All custom requirements get technical review, so you know the cost, lead time and production details in advance. We accept custom orders for men, women, children, knit garments, cashmere scarves, shawls and wool blankets.

Step 1 — Submit Measurements & Preferences

Fill in the inquiry form with your requirements. For apparel, submit body measurements, preferred yarn, knit gauge, style and any specific body correction requirements. For scarves, shawls or blankets, provide dimensions, texture and yarn preferences. Attach reference photos, stitch patterns or texture samples for clearer communication. All custom knit ideas are welcome.

Step 2 — Technical Evaluation & Quotation

Our technical team will assess the difficulty, material requirement and production time. We will then provide a transparent quotation and confirm all custom details before the order is confirmed. Almost all knit structures within 3G–18G can be produced with our existing machinery.

Step 3 — Confirm Order & Pay 50% Deposit

Once you approve the bespoke plan, the 50% deposit confirms your order and reserves your production slot. Final price and delivery lead time are subject to technical evaluation.

Step 4 — Hand Production & Quality Control

We create pattern or dimension specification, select the yarn, knit the piece and carry out detailed finishing. Every order goes through workmanship checking and fit / dimension verification before dispatch.

Step 5 — Pay Balance & DDP Delivery

After final quality approval, you pay the balance. We then ship the finished knit item to your UK address via DDP tax-inclusive service, with customs clearance and duties handled on your behalf.

Transparent Custom Pricing

Pricing is based on body shape complexity, yarn quality, knitting gauge, size and style detail. We will confirm the final price after technical evaluation. We accept all gauges from 3G chunky to 18G ultra-fine, including apparel, scarves and wool blankets.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of products can you custom make?

We accept custom knitwear for men, women and children. This includes knitted garments, plus cashmere scarves, shawls, wool blankets and other wool/cashmere knit home goods. We also provide sampling and bulk manufacturing service for fashion designers and studios. We do not filter out custom requests in advance. Each project will receive a technical review to check knit feasibility before sampling.

2. What is bespoke made-to-measure knitwear?

It is a private custom service in which we create an individual pattern based on your personal body measurements, rather than selling you a standard fixed-size garment. The result is knitwear built specifically for your shape and preferred style, available for men, women and children.

3. What services do you offer for designers and studios?

We turn sketches and design concepts into finished knit samples and bulk goods. Our service includes technical feasibility assessment, sampling, bulk production, yarn sourcing and QC. We keep your design IP protected and will not contact your end customers directly.

4. What materials do you use?

We offer superfine merino wool, thickened merino wool and cashmere yarns, plus custom blended yarn options. All materials are selected for stable quality, comfort and durability. Wool and cashmere are natural fibres, so minor pilling and subtle texture variation are normal characteristics.

5. What knitting gauges and styles can I customise?

Full gauge range from 3G chunky knit up to 18G ultra-fine knit, all supported by our existing knitting machinery. For men: jumpers, crew neck, v-neck, cardigans. For women: knit tops, cardigans, fitted knit dresses, pullovers. For children: kids sweaters, cardigans. Accessories & home textiles: cashmere scarves, shawls, wool blankets. You can choose yarn, gauge, colour, neckline, sleeve detail, hem style and custom stitch patterns. Send your design reference, we review and quote it for you.

6. How do I take measurements correctly?

For apparel, you will take your measurements in normal lightweight clothing using a soft tape. Separate measurement guidance for men, women and children will be provided. For scarves and blankets, simply provide your target dimensions. It is important that you submit accurate data, as fit / dimension issues caused by incorrect measurements remain your responsibility.

7. Can I return a bespoke garment or knit item?

Bespoke knit products are made exclusively to your measurements and style requirements, so they are not returnable unless there is a proven production workmanship defect. Please check your measurements, dimensions and style details carefully before confirming the order.

8. How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production takes approximately 7–12 working days, plus 5–10 days for DDP tax-inclusive delivery to the UK. Complex stitch work or ultra-chunky / ultra-fine gauges may extend production time. Total lead time is normally around 2–3 weeks, we confirm exact timeline after technical assessment.

9. What body shape issues can you correct?

We can work with shoulder slope, uneven sleeve length, stiff shoulder posture, body length proportion, waist ease, uneven hip and pelvic imbalance. We evaluate every body requirement individually.

10. What are your working hours & time zone?

Our team operates from China, working aligned with UK business hours. We reply to inquiries within 24 working hours (UK time). Messages submitted outside UK working hours will be processed on the next UK business day. UK observes BST (UTC+1, March–October) and GMT (UTC+0, October–March).

Order Confirmation & Deposit

All bespoke orders require a 50% advance deposit to confirm production. The final price, specification and delivery lead time will be confirmed in writing before production starts. Once production has begun, style, measurements or dimensions cannot normally be changed.

Measurement / Dimension Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements or dimensions submitted. We will produce the knit piece according to the data you provide. Fit or dimension issues arising from incorrect information will not be treated as production defects. For apparel clients, please record bust, waist and hip data accurately.

Material Characteristics

Wool and cashmere are natural textile materials. Minor pilling, subtle texture variation, slight colour difference and normal elasticity are not considered quality defects.

DDP Delivery

All orders are delivered to the UK via DDP tax-inclusive service. We will handle customs clearance and import duties. No additional customs fees will be charged to you for standard DDP delivery.

After Sales

Free remake or after-sales support is provided only for verified production workmanship defects. We do not offer refunds or free remake for personal taste dissatisfaction, incorrect customer measurements/dimensions or normal material characteristics.

Additional Terms for Designers & Studios

Designers and studios retain full intellectual property of their submitted designs. We only manufacture samples and bulk goods based on your specification. We will not contact your end clients directly. Extra sampling fees apply if repeated revisions are caused by original design structural issues.
